On 6 July 2016, CCCC MARINE CONSTRUCTION&DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD(CCCCMCDC) officially settled in Dongjiang free trade port zone of Tianjin. CHUWA BUSSAN’s President Wang Xiaoguang attended the signing ceremony as the shareholder representative of CCCCMCDC.

CCCCMCDC, a joint-venture between CCCC Dredging (Group) Company Limited (CCCCDC) and China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd(CHEC) and CHUWA BUSSAN(CHUWA), was incorporated on July 5, 2016.

Shareholders structure: CCCCDC(55%), CHEC(35%), CHUWA(15%).
