Tianhe Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a member company of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. led by the SASAC. It was established on April 2, 2010 jointly ventured by CCCC Tianjin Dredging Co. Ltd. and Chuwa Bussan Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 560 million RMB. The main products of the company are tunnel boring machine (shield machine), large-scalegrab dredger(larger than18m3), large-scale steel structure, ship anchor winch, towing winch, etc. The company has already had 9 patented inventions and 10 utility model patents, and at present possesses the annual production capacity of 40 shield machines (with maximum diameter of 16 meters) and 50,000 tons of large-scale steel structure.

Chuwa Bussan Co., Ltd. and enterprises including China Communications Construction Co., Ltd., jointly invested to establish CCCC Financing Leasing Co., Ltd. in 2014, which lies in Shanghai Free Trade Zone with a registered capital of 5 billion RMB.

CCCC International Shipping Corp. was established with the joint investment of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd., Tianjin Dredging Co. Ltd., CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company Ltd., and Chuwa Bussan Co. Ltd., and got registered in Panama. It is mainly engaged in the marine transportation, leasing of boats and ships, and concurrent ship building & repair of domestic and international large-scale structures. Its establishment is an important initiative for Tianjin Dredging Co., Ltd. to cope with the international financial crisis and adjust the operating structure, and also a major initiative for China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. to plan great development based on the big idea of “big overseas market”.

Shanghai Masago Longfu Machinery Co., Ltd. was solely invested by Chuwa Bussan Co. Ltd.. Chuwa Bussan Co. Ltd. is a Tokyo-based comprehensive company, established jointly by China Communications Construction (Group)Co., Ltd., Bridgestone Corporation of Japan and Wako Trading Co., Ltd. of Japan, and registered in Japan in May 1986. It mainly deals with operation and sales such as : all kinds of boats and ships (including second-hand ones), all kinds of mechanical equipment such as ship equipment (as the agent of YANMAR engine), communication equipment, shield machine, port transportation equipment and construction equipment, as well as the spare parts of all the above-mentioned equipment.

Rizhao Gangda Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was established with joint investment of Shandong Harbour Construction Group Co., Ltd. under Rizhao Port Group Co., Ltd. and Chuwa Bussan Co. Ltd. in 2007, with registered capital of 75 million RMB. The main business scope includes shipbuilding; ship repair; transformation and maintenance of old ships; manufacturing of marine machinery and steel structure engineering.
